C&B collaborates with some schools in internship activities and other initiatives within the framework of PCTO - Pathways for Transversal Skills and Guidance. In particular, the company welcomes students from the Mechatronics and Energy programs of Technical Industrial Institutes and Maintenance and Technical Assistance of Vocational Institutes. Internships are also an opportunity for mutual understanding, a chance to develop transversal and professional skills and make study or career choices more informed at the end of the school path: many students who in the past were hosted as interns, are now our collaborators.
